Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders are accepted based on the terms in this document. If you have any issues with the terms, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Payment of orders:
All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped or picked-up. A minimum of 50% deposit is required before any work will be done on your order, which includes issuing of a proof or proofs. Where full payment is not made upfront, an invoice detailing payments made and outstanding balance will be issued upon proof approval. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cheque and EFT. If you wish to use a different payment option, please contact us.
Fulfillment of orders:
Invitations by Tango Design will endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours of completion. For invitation or stationery orders that require design and assembly, please allow 2-3 weeks from proof approval for your order to be shipped. Rush orders incur 20% additional cost and may be possible depending upon workload and product/s chosen and will be given priority for proofing and production. When accepted, we guarantee to ship rush orders within 6 working days of proof approval andguest names received, if applicable, from whichever happened last.
Shipping of orders:
Invitations by Tango Design includes shipping insurance in the shipping fees it charges. It is not possible to voluntarily remove this component of the shipping fee. Since most of the items we ship will require a signature for delivery, we recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your order. Work addresses are suitable.
Modification of orders:
Modifications to orders are possible up until the time you approve your proof/s. Please email us anytime or call us between 8:30am and 8:30pm, 7 days with your requirements, which are subject to these terms. Invitations by Tango Design has a flexible approach and will not hold you to any design or order that you place provided we are contacted ASAP with instructions to change your order. Changes to orders may alter the cost of the order. Where this occurs, we will either invoice you for the extra, refund the difference or credit you towards a future order. We will discuss this with you at the time you request your modification/s.
Cancellation of orders:
Cancellations of orders may be possible and payments refunded by contacting us ASAP and are subject to these terms. Invitations by Tango Design reserves the right to refuse cancellation, charge an administration fee, design fee or other fee, where part or all of the services purchased have been used. Where a proof or set of proofs has been issued, a design fee of no less than $55 will be retained. Please email us anytime or call us between 8:30am and 8:30pm, 7 days if you wish to cancel your order.
Invitations by Tango Design is located in Queensland Australia and as such is subject to the consumer laws of the State and Nation. Any disputes will be settled using the laws of Queensland and Australia that are in place at the time of purchase. While nothing in these terms is designed to contravene law and we try to update the terms as necessary, changes to legislation may render part or all of this document invalid.
